When I stream to Twitch from my Xbox One with my new Elgato HD60 S, every few minutes the video from the game itself micro-freezes but then catches back up. On OBS the video does not freeze at all it is only when it is streamed to Twitch. The video from my camera is perfectly normal when the micro-freezes happen.
I have a fairly good internet connection (wired connection @ 300 download, 100 upload) and have ensured I have all the right settings on both the Elgato Game Capture HD and OBS. I can't see bandwidth being the issue or OBS settings because it looks and works great on OBS itself and as I mentioned my camera never freezes on the stream itself.
I have tried multiple fixes, such as lowering my bitrate, streaming in 720p @ 30fps, and more but the gameplay always micro-freezes every few minutes no matter what settings I have.
Not sure if it is worth mentioning that sometimes when I turn my Xbox on the video does not appear on my monitor until I open OBS and then it will bring both up. Is it possibly an issue with the capture card itself or possibly a setting on my xbox? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Edit: Also worth mentioning that OBS says I have 0 dropped frames during the entire stream as well.
