Elgato HD60s and OBS crash issue xpost r/Twitch

Hey guys, happy new year!!!!

Hope someone here can help me out. I bought myself an Elgato HD60s before Christmas to better stream my Xbox One X gameplay to Twitch.

When I open OBS everything is fine, the scene is setup properly as I can see my Xbox dashboard and everything. Output is set to 720p in both OBS and Elgato software (I know I can do 1080p but it doesn't matter here as the same issue persist) and bitrate is set to 3500.

Computer is hooked to Monitor 1 using Display Port and Monitor 2 using DVI. Xbox is hooked to Monitor 1 using HDMI (in HDMI 2.0 slot). OBS opened on Monitor 2. After a random amount of time, Montor 1 and Monitor 2 hooked to my PC turn black and become unresponsive. Note that I can still play on my HDMI (Xbox) but switching to display port (desktop) is black screen. I need to hold the power button on my computer to restart because nothing work. Holding down power button to turn off the computer is bad for your PC.

I tried unplugging HD60s see if my screens would be responsive again with no success. HD60s is plugged in USB 3.0 slot.

Sorry for the wall of text and sorry for my English, I'm trying to be as clear as possible.

TL;DR Elgato HD60s is working fine, but I'm getting black screen crashes when streaming with OBS.
