There is no reason for consoles to be locked at 30fps when other games don't do this.

You want to tell me. That at this day and age. Ps4, pro and Xbox one cannot handle 60fps? Or have you just not bothered to try it ubisoft?

You want to know a game that allows 60 fps on the COMMON platforms? By that I mean regular Ps4? (I dont see any notable games on xbox one. I. Sorry xbone owners).

This game came out almost in the exact time as For honor.

This game allows you to choose from three modes. Movie mode. Which is 1080p with 30fps. And action mode. Which decreases it to 720p and 60fps.

There is also a hybrid mode which does the cutscenes on 1080p and 30fps and gameplay on 720p and 60fps.

The game barely drops frames. Of course it only has limited online. But it goes to show that it is possible to run a 60 fps game on console this day and age.

Then why the hell is For Honor only 30fps? Do you not realize this game. More than any other suffers greatly from this? In both a balance standpoint and technical?

Sure its an online heavy game and can be chaotic at times, but does it mean it would be impossible for it to be implemented? EVEN ON PRO?!

Then again you can barely code a good matchmaking and provide a stable connection for your players.
