Win 10 Xbox DVR - Standard - 720p / 4.5mbps bit rate/30 fps - Score = 8214

Nvidia DVR - 720p/10mbps bit rate (lowest setting)/30 FPS - Score = 6790

With no recorder - 8232 - Without either turned on.

If you are going to use either one of these two to record instant replay (30 second clips), use the XBox one, as it seems to have less impact on the video card. Edit: At least at lowest possible settings.

If you never use either one, make sure they are turned off, the Nvidia one was on by default in mine.
