[BUG] Game resizing and button prompts?

So I've just logged on and my game keeps resizing to 1280x720 fullscreen despite me playing on 1920x1080 on borderless AND I'm getting Xbox button prompts?

Is anyone else getting this? I haven't seen anything on the forums or here..

EDIT; AAAAAAAAND it's gone? WTF. Just logged back in like nothing ever happened..
