Why is the Netflix interface 720p?

HBO GO's interface is 1080p, so I don't think Microsoft is preventing Netflix from using a 1080p UI.

Edit for the downvoters: I'm not trying to get anything changed and I'm not trying to start a rant. I'm simply curious as to why Netflix has a 720p interface, when most other Xbox One native apps run at 1080p.

I never would have expected a request for information about technical constraints of Xbox One apps to be received with such negativity. I can definitely understand why the moderators of /r/xboxone have chosen to hide downvote buttons, when the community they manage behaves as such.
