Building Console replacements for a buddy and I.

Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes I have.

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

PC1: will be used to play older simpler games such as Minecraft, CS:Go, and some more intense games such as H1z1 and DayZ mod at lower or normal settings. Preferably I'd like to use a 1080p monitor on this pc but if not possible with games like Arma 2, then 720p is perfectly fine.

PC2: essentially an upgraded version of PC1 playing the same games but I'd like to use only a 1080p monitor and get high settings at leaset on newer games.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

PC1: 60fps across the board, 720p or 1080p and normal-high settings depending on game

PC2: 60fps across the board, 1080p and high-ultra settings depending on the game.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

PC1 ~$350

PC2 ~$550

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

I'm in the US

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.

Prices are just ballpark amounts. I'd like to keep them as close as possible to that prices as I can because they are just console replacements so I'd like to not pay much more than an xbox one or ps4 with the requested specs.

PC1 won't be doing any overclocking, but PC2 I'd like to overclock to 5 or 5.2 GHz. and possible the GPU as well although I don't have any experience GPU overclocking.

NOTE: You do not have to follow this format, but please be sure to answer these questions. Please do not ask to simply be given a build. You are welcome to delete this section.
