Need help with live streaming on a laptop

So im using OBS through steam. I use a VTUBER PNG/GIF model through discord.

While im streaming i mostly have 3 programs running at the same time, DISCORD, OBS (THROUGH STEAM) AND THEN A GAME THROUGH EITHER STEAM, EPIC, OR XBOX.

Lately when im streaming, my games are being SUPER laggy, or stuttering. IDK if its because of the encoder or something else.

I currently use the NVENC encoder and have my video bitrate set at 3000. I also have the output res set for 720 with 30 FPS. But idk what else i can do to resolve my issues.
