Xbox One S stopped displaying 720p or 1080p

Hi folks, I'm usually pretty good with tech but this one has me stumped.

I have had my xbox hooked up to the same tv for almost a year now, one day I turned on my xbox and tv and nothing displayed. I did a google search and figured out how to boot into low res mode. This worked, but it obviously looks terrible at 640 x 480 p.

I tried plugging a nintendo switch into the tv with the same hdmi cable and no problems, I then decided to try another tv with a different hdmi cable, same problem.

Essentially on one tv it can display 720 and 1080p but it flickers and has screen tears everywhere. The other tv I tried wont even display 720 and up, just a blank screen.

I'm guessing the port is broken.
