Twitch stream off a mobile hotspot?

So I have a pc and a xbox. I play Xbox but I stream with my pc if I have the console on my router and the stream on the hotspot alone the upload speed on the hotspot says it’s 6.5 would I be able to stream 1080? Or high fps 720? Just asking to see if I get a answer before I try
