If I change how my wheel functions e.g. changing the steering from 720-360° on my laptop, would that be the same when I plug it into my xbox?

I havent got a pc or a laptop powerful enough for any racing games so I play on my xbox and im curious as to whether changing anything in the drivers on my laptop would change the way the wheel behaves in the games I have on xbox?
