After completely starting from scratch in the hopes of solving an occlusion problem I believe to be the result of scrap everything, I eventually came to the conclusion of deleting fallout 4 in its entirety (uninstalling it on steam, removing everything in my documents and my common folder, etc.). After reinstalling it and the mods that I had previously, along with some additions I thought would be cool to the game, I ran into a different problem: the game now begins to crash upon leaving the vault and trying to enter sanctuary. I thought that this was initially a conflict between one of my mods and the startmeup mod, and so I deleted the startmeup mod in the hopes that this would solve the issue, but it is still occurring. I experimented a little and tried to venture out away from sanctuary in the hopes of seeing if this was just a sanctuary issue. After getting a little past the fence that surrounds the vault, the game still crashed, but right before it did, I noticed that one of the trees began to flicker, again like some of the textures had done in the past which makes me think my occlusion problem never really went away. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions, anything at all, it would be much appreciated.
