My bandwidth is all over the place when streaming. It even drops completely sometimes.

I want to start by explaining my situation bc the problem could easily be something I’m doing but just don’t know that I’m doing it. I have recently moved. I live with a family member while my house is on the market and plan to find another house once mine sells. I moved from a city to a small town. The internet in my small town is atrocious compared to the city. I even had to sign up for a business line just to get what I’m getting. I went from having 250mbps DOWN and 15mbps UP, to now I have 70mbps DOWN and 5 UP. I’m currently the only person using my internet. I have it setup in a detached garage so I don’t keep anyone awake when I’m streaming/yelling. I play with my XBOX and have a capture card connected to a laptop that I use to stream. My Xbox and laptop both have a wired connection. When I do speed tests, I average a DOWN in the 60s and my UP is usually around 4.6 . I have a modem and a router. The first night I streamed with the new setup, I lowered my FPS from 60 to 30. I lowered my Bitrate from 6000 to 3500. I lowered my base resolution from 1080 to 720. I was able to have a decent stream for 4 hours. The only downside was that I was dropping 10% of my frames. I didn’t like that at all once I went back and rewatched, so I started messing with settings to fix it and ever since i did that, I haven’t been able to get it back. My first night was MONDAY which means TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY were both just god awful. I was dropping 50% of my frames consistently. I have tried almost everything that I know of. I dropped my output resolution from 720 all the way to 480 and it didn’t help. Lowered my Bitrate all the way to 1500 and it didn’t help. I have tried to turn on Dynamic Bit Rate but all that did was cause my kbps to fluctuate from 4000 to 400 and even 0. When my kbps drops to triple digits, it just makes my stream real blurry.

I use StreamLabs.

I’m hoping someone had this same issue and figured out how to fix it. I’m desperate.
