Can HD60S Pass 4K to Monitor? Not Record It*

Hey Guys.

So I have HD60S. I currently Stream using my Xbox on 1080 and I have a 1080 Monitor. I stream from my Elgato at 720, so it's just easier on my OBS and a more stable stream for me.

I have the Xbox Series X coming (4K) and I have a 4K monitor coming (because why not).

My question is, when I get my Series X and 4K monitor, will the 4K from the Series X still be able to pass 4K quality to my Monitor through the HD60S?

I will continue to stream (the Elgato video capture) at 720. I know the HD60S doesn't Stream 4K.

You know how if you're not even streaming, your Elgato acts like an HDMI extender and still kinda acts like a middle man between your Console and your Monitor, taking the capture and pushing it to your OBS in between them.

I repeat, I will still stream at 720, the 4K is just for my enjoyment. If I had an HDMi directly from Series X to 4K monitor, there wouldn't be an issue. If the HD60S is in between the 2 HDMi cables, that's my question.

Thanks for your help
