Trouble shooting console streaming

Hello !

Im hoping to get some help with improving my stream quality. I am currently streaming Xbox One X content off a Nitro 5 Acer laptop which has a AMD 5 Ryzen, and RX Radeon (CPU and GPU). The games im streaming are call of duty, apex and other single player games. The quality is grainy , looks fair on mobile but crappy on everything else ( even my c922 logi webcam). I am using an Elgato 60 HDS capture card.

The OBS. LIVE settings ive been using are 6000 bitrate, 60 FPS , 720 P (since facebook gaming does not allow for 1080p until i become partner). I was using the x264 (software) encoder instead of the AMD (hardware)

I JUST upped the out scale resolution from 720p to 1080P and switched the encoder to AMD. I will test this to see if it works better. Overall i am not sure if I should just build a dedicated streaming PC, or if I should ride with this laptop, with suggested settings to improve my quality.

2070 normal or 2060 super

Might cut those out and use 970 GPU ( 1440p and 1080p)
