Hi r/uofmn I’m staying at the Golden Lodge (near Radius and Bierman field in Dinkytown) for next school year with 3 other guys (all 4 of us will be juniors in the fall) and we’re currently in search of a 5th to fill out our lease. Our townhouse has 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, so two people would have to share, but that can be figured out at a later date. Rent should be between $670 and $720 plus electricity and internet (we have an extra parking spot available too at $42/month). We also have a cat in case allergies would be an issue.
We’re 3 CSE students and 1 CLA. We’re generally interested in video games (Xbox, PS4, Switch, etc), Marvel, DND, and other similar activities. We’re not real party people although we’ll have 3-5 people over for smaller gatherings fairly regularly. The lease is year round and we’d most likely be looking to renew for the following school year.
