Play through/via a PC

Hello everyone,

First of all I want to say that I've searched on google and here on reddit, but I couldn't find a clear answer for my problem.
Also I hope this is the right place to post this.

I'm looking for a way to play my PS4 (500gb version bought at release) via my PC. And I mean through a program on the computer (like WinTV), not just use a hdmi port on the minitor and switch source.

After some looking around I think the only way to do this would be by using a tv tuner/capture card.
These exist in PCIe or USB, I would definetly prefer USB if possible.
The biggest problem though is that the examples I've found only state compatibility up to ps3/xbox360. Also lag might be an issue.

So to recap.
I would like to use a capture card to play ps4 'live' on my computer screen instead of using it to record.

EDIT:
I'm using RemotePlay for now, but it simply doesn't work without lag at high resolution. High being 720p, not even 1080p.
