I am in the US. I am finally looking to upgrade from my Tritton AX720's. I play all sorts of games from survival horror and online fps's to racing and rpg's. I will play and chat on my PS4 and Xbox One. I have the Xbox One chat adapter. I mostly play single player games so I don't mind having a wire when I'm only playing online.
I would like a wireless headset that blocks out external noise well. I can hear outside noises even when a lot of sound is outputting in my AX720's and it really bothers me. It makes it hard when I'm trying to play a quiet survival horror game and I can hear everybody else in my house easily. I guess that would mean that a closed back would work best for me?
A removable mic would be nice but not a requirement. If there are no wireless ones that would work for me, I will take a look at any suggestions that are wired or with an open back as well. I'm mostly looking for something with better sound than my AX720's and that blocks out external noise.
Let me know if there is anymore info that I should include. Thank you! I'd be willing to pay a little more than $200 if nothing else is comparable at less than $200.
