I want a PC to stream xbox one, is mine good enough for even 720p?

Hey guys I have a AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 635 Processor 2.90 GHz . 4GB RAM (3.75GB usable) NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE, anyway i can stream 720 30fps atleast with an elgato? Or anything good about this PC? I will probably purchase another in 1-2 months its been about 8 years
