Description of problem
I've been using my two Dualshock 4 controllers to play games on my PC. I used a software called DS4Windows to get Windows to recognize the controllers as Xbox controllers, enabling me to use them wirelessly or wired. As of a few months ago, they wouldn't show up as connected when I tried to connect them. In an attempt to fix the problem, I unpaired them, and tried to re-pair them with my PC. After unpairing them, they wouldn't connect through Bluetooth. They work fine using a micro-USB cable, but not with Bluetooth. Here's screenshots of what it looks like when I try to pair them. https://imgur.com/YeH0gZ3 https://imgur.com/9tCOFky
Other relevant info
Before the issue began, they would show up in Bluetooth devices as "Wireless Controller", but now they show up as "Input". Also, when I connect them using a micro-USB cable, they get detected as audio devices, but not as a game controller.
When this issue began
