No Signal issue and Xbox One S stuck on low res

Hi All,

I have tried all options and have searched across various forums. My 3 weeks old xbox one S suddenly today started showing no signal. After reading through various forums, I was able to get it started in low res mode (by pressing eject and power button simultaneously) but I cannot get any signal when I change it to 720 or 1080. Its stuck at low res.

I have done the following: 1. Change the port on TV and try 2. Change TV and try 3. Change HDMI cable and try on diff port and diff TV 4. Reset with games and app intact 5. Reset

In all cases only low res mode is working. Not able to change to HD. Its in warranty but I was gifted this by someone who got it from another country. So not sure how the warranty will work out.

Any insight/help will be appreciated.
