Hey guys, I was wondering what are the recommended settings for these specs?

Im looking to record/ stream gameplay (720p-1080p) from my xbox one. Using a elgato hd 60s capture card. Here is my Specs . I have a Hp Notebook. Running on Windows 10 Processor- Intel(r) Pentium(r) CPU N3700 @1.60GHz Ram- 8.00 (7.86 gb usable)
