Can't stream at 720p for unknown reason

Hi everyone,

I'm using an Elgato HD 60 with an xbox one in order to stream. I'm currently using a macbook pro with the following specs.

2.7GHz intel core i5 processor 8GB 1867 MHz DDR3 memory Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536MB

My internet speed is hardwired (Not wifi) Download speeds - 300mbps Upload speeds 125mbps

In OBS I have the bitrate set to 2250 and the fps set to 30.

While I have the stream online, it will be really laggy while watching it on twitch.

I have NO IDEA why its still laggy! I should be able to stream fine.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Its a constant issue.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
