Why is Plex often buffering for me on Xbox One?

Hi,

I am starting to experience buffering more and more these days and I can't work out why.

My setup:

Fairly beefy PC with GTX680 running Plex Media Server on Windows 10. All media stored on a WD My BookStudio (USB 3.0) The PC's Ethernet connection is also via USB 3.0 since my Ethernet port broke, but I was experiencing this issue before then so I don't think that this is related.

Plex Media Server and Xbox One app are up to date.

I seem to be able to get around it by lowering the quality from 1080p to 720p but don't see why I should have to do so.

Can I diagnose this issue in order to resolve it?
