Hey there, this'll be my first dive into building a gaming rig and after a little research I've come up with this build. (partys list at bottom of page)
I chose to build a mid-tower, micro-ATX machine as I'm a little strapped for space in my room (where my PC will be living once it's built)
It'll be used primarily for gaming and streaming on twitch but also for video/music production
Performance-wise I'm looking for a minumum of 1080p @60fps on high-ultra when not streaming and a minimum of 720p @ 60fps (or preferably 1080p @60fps) on medium-high when streaming
I plan on streaming PUBG quite a lot with this build and so because it's quite a CPU intesive game I've compensated for that with my CPU choice as I need it to not only run the game smoothly but also run the rest of the software I use when streaming (spotify, OBS, Discord, etc.)
Pcpartpicker gave me a compatibility note for this build stating that I may need an adapter for my cooler to fit my chosen mobo, will this really be the case? If so where would I find one?
I'll also be purchasing the Elgato HD60Pro PCI-e capture card as I often stream Xbox gameplay as well as PC
Is there any issues you guys can see with build? What should I look out for when putting this together? and what else should I think about before jusmping into building the machine?
Any and all advice is greatly apprechiated!
