I capture my Xbox One S gameplay at 1080p 60 fps 30.0 Mbps bitrate, and the Instant Gameview window is clearly at 60 fps; I stream (while not recording) at 3.00 Mbps which ends up equating to 720p 60 fps, according to Game Capture HD - all still well.
However, the second I switch to a scene that has an overlay as simple as my logo at the bottom, Instant Gameview drops instantly to, what looks like, 30 fps. Initially, this isn't a problem because the stream itself on Twitch's end still seems to be outputting at 60 fps, until it just doesn't, and Game Capture HD reports a warning under the Stream button saying "Cannot render 60 fps".
This problem does not occur when using the HD60 Pro through OBS instead, with 60 fps being maintained regardless of having an overlay, webcam, and/or just the game in a scene.
