[Tech] No picture with OneGuide TV from Converter Box

Alright y'all, I am at my wit's end, hopefully someone can help. I am trying to route my Time Warner Cable (Spectrum, I guess) through my Xbox One via my Cisco DTA271HD converter box. I have acquired an IR emitter since I do not have a Kinect. However, I cannot get past the first step: getting a video or audio signal!

At the setup screen, the service says that it has detected a signal from my cable box and to wait up to twelve seconds for a picture to appear, but I get nothing but a black screen with no sound. I have left this screen up for 30 minutes, nothing. I have tried a different HDMI cable, nothing. I have changed the cable box's output to 720p per Xbox Support's suggestion, nothing. All connections are secure and working, and the cable outputs fine directly to my TV. I know there are like a million different factors that could be affecting this problem, but I have searched high and low and not found any help with this problem. I apologize if this is not the correct place or if this has been posted before. Thanks for reading!
