For a kid to play Overwatch at minimum settings, and other games such as Stardew Valley, Terraria, Minecraft, etc.

720/1080, 30-45 FPS is totally fine for Overwatch. He played on an Xbox One previously with no issues.

Please help me optimize this, and lower the cost if at all possible. I've already gone as low as I could find with halfway decent parts. I do want 2x4GB RAM to take advantage of the dual channel over a single stick of 8GB, and the wireless card is necessary too as I can't run any wires to where this will be.
