So I used to record gaming footage on Windows 10 with the standard Xbox DVR at (I believe it was) 720p or 1080p, 60 fps. This worked pretty darn well and I ended up with some good footage. At one point my SSD failed, it totally died, so I had to do a fresh installation of Windows on a new hard drive. Now when I record videos they end up being 720p, 30 fps.
I have checked the settings and it only lets me choose between a "low" and "high" video encoding quality. iirc it would let me choose between 30 and 60 fps on my old Windows installation.
Is this something that has been changed during an update of the Xbox app, or am I missing something else...
