Will this be a good build for me?

I've been trying to get a final list of parts together for my build and I think I have it here. This is my first time building my own PC so I wanted to post the list of parts here and hear from the community to make sure that all the parts are compatible with each other and will result in a good build.

What I want to be able to do with my PC is game with quality that could rival an original Xbox One. 1080p graphics and decent frame rate with new games. I also want to make and edit HD videos up to 1080p. I want to be able to do some live streaming in decent quality, not a deal breaker if I'm not able to do perfect 1080p streaming but want at least the 720p area.

The two parts I wasn't sure about with this build was the cooler and the motherboard. I want to make sure the cooler will do a well enough job keeping everything, well cool. I had also noticed that PCpartpicker noted that the cooler "may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the ASRock", is this something I need to worry about?

As with the motherboard I had a hard time picking one out. I chose the one listed below because it seemed a good price and had good reviews from what I could see but I want to make sure to get reddit's approval.

I'm really not trying to spend much more then $1000 on this build. If absolutely necessary I could probably put another $100 into it.

Any suggestions or comments are apperciated!
