Yet another receiver post

Hi everyone, what a wealth of information here. I have searched through many threads and read the FAQ and am a little overwhelmed so hoping you all can help me out here. I have a new Samsung KU6300 40" TV and am hoping to add a simple 2.0 (eventually it will be a 5.1) system for the TV. Room is approx 13' x 11' (small) but I'll be moving somewhere larger in the future. I also want to have 2 speakers in the kitchen for listening to radio, music, etc. These should be able to play radio while someone is watching TV in the living room. So my question becomes: what receiver is best for this, keeping in mind the TV is 4K and everything. From what I've found, the TV is not HDR? And HDCP 2.2 basically means I can play 4K content that has some type of copyright protection on it, so I need that if I am to maintain my TV's 4K rating? I am not opposed to purchasing a previous model and/or refurbished. For reference, prior to this I had used TVs I got for free with built in sound, so all this is a huge step up. I don't want to spend a ton of money but am looking for something decent that I can have for several years.

Samsung KU6300 Amazon Fire TV (No cable box at this time) Xbox 360

I am looking at the Denon AVR-S700W, S710W, and S720W, mostly refurbished from accessories4less. It seems like the 700W would do everything I need but does not have HDCP 2.2, which limits me on 4K content. So I should get at least the S710W. I haven't seen anything that really entices me to get the S720W over the S710W, though at accessories4less they are the same price so why not get the most up to date one? Also I have not seen anything pushing me towards getting an "X" series other than some better sound quality and maybe more inputs?

Thanks!
