Cheapest way to play (hardware-wise)?

Hey guys!!

First of I completely felt in love with this game!! I have been watching Leyzar Gaming, Cartoonz and Aculite Youtubes then I bought the game (starter eddition) and start playing with Rook and Thermite. I love it!!!

The thing is I play on Intel HD 4600. On 640x480 (even tried 320x240, but that is total potato) and I still have 20-30fps with some major freezes and terribly loong loading screens (despite that I still manage to get 3-5 kills in casual multiplayer).

So what is the best way for me to upgrade? Since I am playing on laptop buying a GPU is not an option for me. I don't want to invest into desktop either, but I realized how much is Xbox / Playstation?

Can I play this game on Xbox 360? What is the cheapest hardware (desktop/console) for this game to play on at least 720p/1080p with 60fps stable without issues?
