I am getting this for my 16 year old brother in law who has only used a laptop with a GeForce 315m and figured it would be a nice Christmas present. My fiancé and I don't have too much money and neither do her parents so I want to keep the build low budget but still have some gaming potential now and make sure it is ready for upgrades later.
I am mostly looking for steady 1080p gaming with 60 fps but it doesn't matter if it has to drop to 900p or even 720p because he is used to an Xbox 360.

I am going to add my GTX 950 to the build because I will be upgrading anyway.
Is there anything I can do to make it cheaper or improve the specs for roughly the same price? my budget is pretty much the final price in the part list but I can go about 60 AUD more.
