So I posted a couple of weeks ago with this issue. It was recommended that I reboot the game. I did and it worked.
But now I have it constantly. I've rebooted, reinstalled, and still the same. I've calibrated my tv, tried 720p, tried game mode on the tv, untucked 50hz.
I honestly don't know what else to do but it's getting to the point that I can't play it. Every 10 seconds playing everything pauses for a second and then carries on ok til 10 seconds later.
I've looked online and see a few people mention problems like this with last years PES. But I don't see any solution to it.
Please help. I don't want to go back to FIFA
