My friend wants to buy a pc, and barely has $800 and still wants to buy elgato and some other things not too long after, and he wants to but have a good setup for upgrading parts in the future. All he wants is to be able to stream cod from his Xbox in 720p, 30fps, record in 60fps (1080 pref, but not a huge deal. And not recording and streaming at the same time), and maybe play some csgo. Can anyone help me make him a decent pc for streaming?
