Help: How to export HD VODs to YouTube

Hello,

I am trying to export VODs to YouTube and I noticed that they are never HD. I typically stream from the Xbox One app. If I am using the app, I usually stream at 480p, and if I export that VOD to YouTube it will be at 480p. Makes sense right?

But if I stream from my PC and I use OBS, the VOD comes out at 360p. My settings on OBS are as follows: Video - 1920x1080 Use CBR (checked) Encoding - Encoder x264 - Max Bitrate: 1000 Codec: AAC Format: 48Hz Bitrate: 128

Should I up my bitrate? Ideally i would want to export 720 videos from twitch so I can make highlights and etc.

Also, if there any way to use OBS while streaming from Xbox 1? Or would I have to get a capture card?

Also, is there anyway to play music on xbox one while I use the twitch app? I've tried to play music off of a usb while using the twitch app, and it doesn't seem to allow a second app while streaming.

Thanks for the help!
