$500-$600 Build Help

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes.

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Casual/medium use. I will play games like CS, possibly LoL and other first person shooters/strategy games. I am in a video production class in school so hoping it could possibly handle Premier as well.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

Decent graphics on medium-high settings. I'm upgrading from a xbox so basically anything above 720p 60fps will do.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

$500-$600 (okay if it goes a little bit over, just want to be shopping smart here)

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

USA

Provide any additional details you wish below.

I am very new to this, I just want to upgrade from console to PC, any information regarding my build/what would be better/what wouldn't be better is welcomed. Also, any suggestions on monitors/mouses and such are also welcomed. Thank you guys :)
