The capture card is capturing video just fine however, it only shows me the screen when my Xbox One is set to 720p. When I set the Xbox One to 1080p, I only get a black screen on REcentral/Xsplit. How can I fix this?
I have installed both REcentral and the Driver. I've made sure my USB drivers are updated and all the updates from Windows Update are installed.
