I tried 1920 x 1080 base resolution with no downscaling and it freezes my video and I can only hear the audio stuttering. I'm using an elgato HD60 as my capture device for my Xbox One and Call of Duty Black Ops 3 (I have that set to 1080p60 also). OBS uses between 70-80% of cpu with other apps running my CPU goes to 100%. I can run it fine when I do a 720p downscale but I don't like how it looks a bit blurry full screen on a 1080p monitor.
