Advice on speakers for this setup.(longish)

So, I'm putting together my first home theater. Its a one bedroom apartment and a living room set up.

Projector: I was actually lucky enough to pick up a refurbished model from their site 2 days ago for $293 shipped. They no longer have it listed, so looks like I was one of the very last to benefit from such a deal. Funny thing is, reading the Amazon reviews is how I found out about the outlet store. Saved me $100.

Screen: I wanted bigger but it had to be a pull down and anything bigger than 100" just didn't need worth it.

Picked this up for $78 shipped. The 120" screens were like, $199. Just want worth it. For $78 I'm sure I'll be very happy.

So that's the video. I'll be using a fire stick with Kodi for movies and an xbox 360 for light gaming. I feel like I'm going to be very very happy when this all arrives.

Audio is where I'm kind of at a loss because I don't know much and I'm very indecisive.

Receiver: It's the #1 best seller and I find a refurbished unit for $78. It was an impulse purchase but again, for the price and utility, I felt it was a great value.

Speakers: ????

Now this is where I need advice. We live on the 3rd floor and again, it's a small 1b1ba. I want some floor speakers for a good 2.1 system. I would like to keep it under $200. I've found great values for the rest and thus budget system will be pretty fucking banging for the value if I can just get this last part put together.

Here are some options right now. Im looking for used, refurbished or some new budget speakers.

$70 shipped. Again, nothing but good things. Also new. Also, cheaper but not floor speakers so I'd get some cheap but sturdy shelves to put these on.

They're old. They're $40. I was thinking I could get these, a decent sub and slap some cheap rears together and have an entire set up, rather than just 2.0/1

$200 and the seller is firm. Good reviews but for the price...could I do better? I think so.

I really want floor speakers for the aesthetics of them. Book shelf speakers just seem boring but they would actually look nice in the space mounted on the walls. Seems dumb but it is, what it is.
