Halo 4 MCC vs. Halo 5 (Graphics)

WARNING: This post is going to come off as nitpicky and possibly have hints of entitlement, but I'm not doing it to rip on 343i or Halo 5, because I love Halo 5 for what it is and respect 343i's work. Rather, I was wondering if anyone else had a similar analysis or had seen the video explaining all of these qualms. So don't be downvoting for no reason if you have nothing to say. I offer my evidence and support, you offer yours.

Is it just me, or does Halo 4 on the MCC look better than Halo 5 in most aspects? I was playing Halo 4 earlier, and I noticed it had significantly less jaggies, NO weird animation FPS changes (a HUGE issue in my opinion), and a further draw distance in both Campaign and Multiplayer. This was particularly noticeable in Big Team maps and Spartan Ops missions that appeared to stretch out and look stunning in the distance.

Hopping on to Halo 5 immediately after Halo 4 and H2A, I was shocked at some nuances I'd never noticed in Multiplayer. Questioning whether I was simply dizzy or going crazy, I decided to look into the issue further, resulting in my discovery of this Youtube video explaining many of the problems I was seeing. Halo 5 - A Graphics Expectation

I understand that the Xbox One is weak, but come on. Halo 5 had 3 years of development; surely it could've been better optimized somehow, given that 343i is a talented flagship studio that was able to achieve astounding visuals on the Xbox 360 with Halo 4. I admit, Halo 5 has better texturing in most places and armor material looks much better, but I sincerely think Halo 4 looks better overall, and it was made for old-gen Hardware! Plus, I don't remember the Beta having these animations problems either. Was having cloud shadows and other features like that worth it for such a drop in overall quality? I personally think they should've locked the game at 720p with Anti-Aliasing and smooth animations instead of the dynamic resolution system.

TL;DR - Halo 5's draw distance/animation FPS changes are killers, often making previous Halo titles look better; they seriously should be addressed in a later patch. Hell, I would even choose a setting to lock the game at 30fps to make it look better, because 30fps never bothered me in previous Halo games.
