Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
This is going to be for streaming videos, light word processing/drawing(Libre Office, Inkscape, Gimp) and light gaming(maybe CS:GO, Dota 2, Borderlands 2)
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
I know that at this price point that I am not going to be able to play GTA 5 at 120 fps in 4K. Even if I have to play in 720, it is okay as this will be in our living room.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
$200 but I can stretch to $250.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
United States of America.
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.
I have a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse that I plan on using with this computer and have an old xbox 360 usb controller too. i was planning on running Ubuntu on it. Maybe Linux Mint.
Will this be a good PC for what I plan on using? I may add a dedicated graphics card later but it is not in the budget for now.
