I have a few issues:
My specs: -HD60 -i7 4790k -250gb SSD -8GB RAM -XFX R9 290 4GB -Win10
In Game Capture HD, no matter what I do it says it's not able to process my stream so I use OBS.
In OBS I'm using Quicksync to encode because I get a high CPU warning when I use x264. Everything works alright for a little bit although a little stuttery (720p 30fps @ 2800kbps) but then it will freeze up and I have to unplug and replug in the HD60.
Is there something that I'm missing here or a driver that I'm missing? Everything else runs fine on my computer.. I used to do xbox stream and then capture the window in OBS but I wanted a dedicated capture card but this isn't working out...
Any ideas or advice?
