[Build Help]Skylake Build for some gaming, Amazon Prime streaming, etc

Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

I use an Xbox One for most of my gaming needs, but would like a computer capable of playing games as well. Normally, however, I would use it for watching Amazon Prime, the occasional BluRay from Redbox, web surfing, and things like that

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

720p-1080p with 30 FPS at least medium detail

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

About what I've included here. Cheaper would be awesome, but not much more than this.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

USA

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.

I really want it to be Skylake with USB 3.1 and USB type C for the future. I'm not quite ready to build yet, but will at the end of the year and want to make sure I've considered everything in my build.
