[Build Help] Future Proof and Fallout 4 Upgrades

Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yeap

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Playing and creating video games.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

60 FPS on Fallout 4 Ultra would be nice, but without the system requirements, I just want the rig to handle the newer, more intense games that are coming out.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Around 300, maybe? It's fine if it's more, plus it will be purchased on Black Friday, so likely cheaper anyways.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

United States

Thinking I should purchase upgrades during a Black Friday sale, but I'm unsure of what things need to be upgraded first, and what might be bottle-necked if not upgraded at the same time.

I think I definitively need at least 4GB of VRAM GPU for intense games, but I'm unsure if thats enough for max Fallout 4 with mods later on (I'm sure nobody really knows for certain on that one.)

I should also likely get an i7 CPU right? But some people tell me this is unneeded for the most part. Not sure if 8GB is not going to be enough in the future, but it likely is, but I think we are moving DDR up and I'm unsure about those part 3.

If I have enough money to throw in afterwards, I'll likely purchase a bigger HDD - maybe 3TB - as I don't use my SSD for many games, but use it for the increased speed on the OS and programs.
