Seriously,
I dunno what's up with my computer.. When I stream at 720p (30fps) and 2500kbps, it looks like super ass! Other people that stream, usually PS4 or Xbox One it looks GREAT. No pixelation etc. What's the deal? Even if I turn down the settings to Low for everything, it still looks like confetti!
