[Console Streaming] How to squeeze the most quality out of my PC.

If this belongs in another subreddit, please let me know.

I'm considering buying the Elgato Game Capture Card (not sure if I can handle HD60) and would like to know if I could pull off a solid 720p, 30/60 fps stream.

I plan on streaming Xbox One games.

I've heard PCIe capture cards are better, but I'm having trouble finding ones with several positive reviews on them.

Here's my PC setup:

*Video: GTX 560

*CPU: AMD FX-4300 3.8 ghz quad-core

*RAM: G.Skill Ripjaw 8GB

*Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P34

*Power Supply: Corsair CX 500W

I'd prefer to be able to stream at 720p, 60fps. However, I doubt that's likely and will settle for 30fps at 720p. My upload speed is also not an issue for this.

Any recommendations for capture cards/specific stream settings for OBS? Could I pull this off with my current rig? What do you all think?

Thanks!
