The " Which upgrade should I get? " thread

Good day to you!

I am a pisspoor student who likes to play some DarkSouls on Twitch from time to time. I am going to throw a little something on my outdated toaster soon, and I want to get your opinions on what to get.

As of now i have an Intel Celeron G550 @ 2,6 GHz, Crucial DDR3 1333MHz 4GB KIT, and for recording my xBox360 i'm using an EasyCap device, which puts out some shitty analoge 480p video.

I have a SSD, and a half decent GPU, and I presume this is not the bottleneck in my situation.

When the stream is on, the CPU maxes out at 70-100%ish. My budget is as small as it gets, but I've been looking at the g3258 anniversary CPU, which is easy overclocked according to the internett. Is this a smart choice? I am not getting some hightec cooler, as those do cost. I am going to buy a replica of the HD72a card as well, if there isnt a cheaper option for HDMI streaming? Is the g3258 going to handle a 720p (or even 1080p) stream? Or are my hopes to high? I also have a AM3+ MB laying around, if there are any better options for that! On that I do actually have an "AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition QC @ 3,4Ghz" but its unstable as hell. I think I have read something about my RAM messing with that, but not sure on this as well..

And as for the RAM. 40% in stream. I am also considering one "HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 8GB" (have 2 slots, and one day I may want another 8GB stick). Would this have something to say?

I am kind of in the direction of buying the g3258, but would love a smart input prior to buying it.
