I am having a horrible time with movies in plex shuddering and unwatchable. It is a mkv that I know I have watched in the past 3-4 weeks with no issues.
-I am on the most current version of Plex server 0.9.12.4
-I have tried wired a wired connection to my xbox one
-Wireless connection through the web client
-Wireless connection through a Amazon Fire TV Stick
-It does not matter if I turn down the bitrate to 4mbps or 1.5
-I cant find a pattern some files have a higher bitrate, higher quality and still play where he 720 file might suck.
Any thoughts?
