Anyone else with Time Warner have issues with their Cable Box and Xbox?

I just got Time Warner and with the box hooked up to the Xbox the resolution changes from 720p to 480p then back again. The picture also freezes for a second or two when it happens. It doesn't happen when my cable box is hooked up to the TV. It's pretty annoying and I'm hoping there's a fix since all my HDMI ports are being used.
